Welcome to the Eldo Brewery and Taproom, Crested Butte's only brewpub. Our small 7 barrel system and limited distribution allow us to experiment and tweak each recipe to create a variety of delicious beers for you. Here is a list of our beers with a brief description of each one. The IBU rating stands for International Bittering Units and is a measure of a beer's hoppiness. ABV is the beer's alcohol percentage by volume. So check the mirror what's currently on tap, feel free to ask your bartender for a sample of anything, and remember to drink like you mean it!
